Independent retailer · not the manufacturer Questions? [email protected]
Leptozan
The notebook

Who writes this page, and who pays for it.

The short answer: an independent retail page, funded by commission, with no relationship to the manufacturer. The longer answer is below, because you should have it before you read a single product claim.

01

An independent page, and we do not pretend otherwise.

getleptozan.com exists to do one thing properly: explain what is in this formula and sell it to the people it genuinely suits. We did not develop it. We do not manufacture it. We do not run the checkout — the merchant handles orders, payment, dispatch and refunds through their own system, and we have no visibility into your order.

What we control is the writing. Every page is produced here, checked against the product label and the merchant's published terms, and carries a review date so you can see how current it is. Where research is cited, the source is linked and labelled as a study of an ingredient rather than of the finished product.

We are not clinicians and will not act like them. If you are weighing this against a medication or a diagnosis, the person to ask has your notes in front of them.

02

How the page earns.

When you order through a link here, the merchant pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra and does not move the price — the figures on the packs section are the merchant's own direct prices.

That commission funds the writing, the hosting, and the work of keeping pricing and return terms accurate. It does not buy a flattering opinion, and the structure of the site is the argument for that: the formula page has a section headed "where the claims stop", the pack comparison shows which size is cheapest rather than which is most profitable, and the caffeine warning sits inside the ingredient panel rather than in the footer.

There is also a plainly commercial logic to being straight with you. A refund six weeks from now pays us nothing and costs the merchant twice over. Telling you in advance that this suits some people and not others is the cheaper strategy as well as the honest one.

Full terms sit in the affiliate disclosure, and what happens to your data is set out in the privacy policy.

03

Six rules, run as a checklist.

Not a values statement. An actual list that gets worked through before anything goes live.

  1. 01

    Support, never cure

We describe what ingredients support. We never state or imply that this treats, cures or prevents a disease, because it does not — it is a dietary supplement.

  2. 02

    Every citation carries its caveat

Each study we link examined one active, not this product, often at a different dose. That is stated next to the link rather than once at the bottom of the page.

  3. 03

    No invented authorities

We do not attribute quotes or endorsements to doctors who have not given them, and we do not dress this desk up as a clinical review board.

  4. 04

    Testimonials stay testimonials

Customer accounts are published with permission, labelled as one person's experience, and never presented as a typical or expected outcome. We publish the lukewarm ones too.

  5. 05

    Prices get re-checked

Pack pricing, shipping and return length are verified against the merchant whenever a page is updated, and the review date in the footer tells you when that last happened.

  6. 06

    Corrections are visible

Find an error and tell us. We fix it and move the review date; we do not quietly edit and act as though it always read that way.

04

Where to send what.

Two different desks, and sending it to the wrong one only costs you days.

An order, a refund, a parcel that has not arrived

That is the merchant. They hold the order record and they are the only party who can action a refund. The current route is on our contact page.

A correction, a question about something written here, a complaint about this page

That one is ours, and it reaches a person. Use the contact page.
